The shift

Marketing became 8 tools
that don't talk to each other

Every decision depends on exporting, cross-referencing and interpreting by hand. Mindex Studio brings everything into one command center and puts the AI to work.

How it works today

  • Meta Ads Manager in one tab, Google Ads in another
  • GA4, Search Console and a reporting spreadsheet on the side
  • A video editor and loose briefs in yet another corner
  • Every decision means exporting, cross-referencing and interpreting by hand

With Mindex Studio

  • One panel, multi-client
  • You ask in plain English and it reads your real data
  • It executes the action: creates, pauses, scales, edits the video
  • And hands you the analysis, with the next move

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You talk to the system in plain English, ask for analysis or action, and it executes. The initial account setup is guided and done only once.

Does it work with my Meta and Google accounts?

Yes. Mindex Studio connects to your official accounts through the Meta (Graph API), Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console APIs. The data you see is your real data, read straight from the source.

Can the AI spend money or delete anything on its own?

No. Sensitive actions ask for approval before executing, spend has a configurable daily cap, and campaigns are never deleted, only paused. Everything is recorded in a log.

Can it handle more than one client?

Yes, it's multi-client by default. Each client lives in its own workspace, with isolated data, its own memory and separate history.

What does the AI actually execute?

It creates, pauses and scales campaigns on Meta and Google, reads and cross-references analytics (GA4, Search Console, attribution), produces creative and video from script to final file, runs audit and reporting skills, and keeps your business memory up to date.
