Matheus started in growth marketing in Brazil, working at Aiqfome as Digital Performance Operations Manager. He moved to Australia and continued building growth systems for Australian businesses.
He has spoken at TheDevConf (TDC), one of Brazil's largest developer conferences, and built two free tools used by hundreds of marketers: the AI Marketing Suite and the Blog Content Engine, both built on Claude.

Pedro started in digital marketing and customer success in Brazil, managing a portfolio of 50 business partners at Aiqfome. He co-founded Vlop, a financial content platform, before moving to Australia where he worked in retail sales leadership.
As Sales Manager at Carpet Call, he led commercial strategy across seven Sydney stores, combining data analytics, KPI management, and client negotiations to drive consistent growth.
Pedro leads business development and client relationships at Mindex Studio, anchoring our European presence from Porto, Portugal.
How the partnership started
Matheus and Pedro both worked at Aiqfome, Brazil's 2nd largest food delivery app. That's where they built their working relationship and saw first-hand how growth, operations, and technology could compound when they work together. Mindex Studio is the direct result of that experience.
